Edufootprint at the Civil Society Fair

During the national day of activism organized on 22th October “Edufootprint” was one the project presented on the civil society fair. The project was thus presented to a variety of other civil society organizations, activists and most importantly to high school pupils and students with the aim to raise awareness regarding energy efficiency.

Meeting with the energy group of Elbasan city

On 18th October was held in Elbasan the meeting with the energy groups of “Qamil Guranjaku” and “Sule Harri” school. The government student representatives, teachers and relevant staff involved had participated during the meeting. Considering the fact that other meetings with energy groups in the targeted schools of Tirana had previously been organized, a part of the disscusions was the methods proposed by other schools for overseeing data collection. It was also discussed the activities that will be developed within this project to increase the involvement of students in the project and their sensitization to reduce the carbon footprint in schools was the second point of discussion.



 Strengthen the linkages between the universities and job provider institutions at central and local level.




Improve the theoretical and practical knowledge of master’s students on territory administration, agricultural policies, rural development and innovation as well as their negotiation and participative decision-making skills.



Develop a long term blended research network of EU and Albania researchers on these thematic.




UET Centre intends to contribute towards the progress and democratization of the Albanian society through policy-oriented research projects, capacity building and joint programmes.
